A Cursed Embrace: A Weird Girls Novel
Celia and her sisters have unusual paranormal abilities. Supernatural beings tend to distrust them. The girls have successfully lived below the paranormal radar for many years, but recently they were persuaded to help Master Vampire Misha save his followers. Suddenly, the supernatural community is very interested in them…some more than others.
Aric is the Alpha of the local werewolf pack. He’s in love with Celia. The Were Elders don’t like Aric's relationship with Celia. They’re trying to keep him so busy hunting down supernatural troublemakers that he won’t have time for Celia. Unfortunately, they no longer have to look for ways to keep Aric busy. Dead humans are turning up everywhere.
A new group of baddies is in town who are worse than anything Aric has ever seen. They have their eyes on Celia and her sisters. While Aric is busy tracking down this new threat, Misah is busy moving in on Celia. She constantly rebuffs him, but then Aric begins to pull away from her. Maybe she should give Misha a chance after all.
This is a continuation of a series that can be read alone. A fast-paced, sexy story, this book even has a touch of humor. Despite vulgar language sprinkled throughout, it's a really good book. Readers will have a hard time waiting for the next installment of this awesome series.
Sealed With a Curse: A Weird Girls Novel
Celia and her sisters have paranormal abilities. Her sister, Taran, killed a vampire, and she’s claiming self‑defense. The women are commanded to appear before the vampire high court. If Taran is found guilty, the punishment is death. Fortunately she’s found not guilty.
Misha is the master of the vampire that attacked Taran. Unbeknownst to the sisters, others of Misha's vampires are ill with chronic bloodlust. They’re slaughtering humans. Misha has less than a month to discover who cursed his family with uncontrollable bloodlust. If he fails, he and his entire clan will be destroyed. He convinces Celia to help find the perpetrator.
Aric is the leader of the werewolves. He and his pack are defenders of the innocent. It’s their duty to eliminate anyone who harms humans. Misha and his clan are high on his suspect list. Misha has more interest in Celia than just her fighting ability. He wants to bed her. He has pulled out all the stops. Celia is attracted to Misha, but she finds herself dreaming of a certain werewolf. Aric is crazy about Celia, but between killing vampires and interrupting Misha's seduction attempts, he’s having a hard time finding time to woo Celia. Meanwhile, the blood-crazed vampires are getting stronger every day. They must be stopped and soon.
This is the beginning of an exciting new series. It’s a great book.
